WITCH'S HAT !
YOU NEED:
Eight pieces of construction paper
Tape
Pencil
Scissors
Glue
Colored stars
Bits of colored paper
 
 Here's how to put it together :  
  • Take the construction paper and make two large rectangles. Tape the front and back of all the seams.(figure 1)
  • Fold one rectangle along the seams/ This makes a smaller rectangle.(figure 2)
  • Mark and cut along the dotted lines.(figure 3 )
  • This is the brim. Try it on and if it is too small make the cuts deeper.
  • Fold the sides of the other rectangle toward the center in the shape of a cone and tape it.
  • Push the cone through the brim and glue to points of the brim to the cone.
  • Cut off any part of the cone that hangs below the brim.
  • Glue on the stars and colored paper.

SPOOKY BAT PUPPET
YOU NEED:
One piece of black construction paper
Pencil
Scissors
Yellow crayon

 Here's how to put it together :  
  • Draw a bat on the black paper. Make it as wide as your hands.
  • Cut out the bat.
  • Fold the bat along the lines shown below. The center lines fold up and the outside lines and the head fold down.
  • Cut the ears along the yellow lines shown.
  • Draw eyes on the head.
  • Hold the bat in your hand and squeeze it to make the wings move.

FACE MAKE-UP
YOU NEED:
four small paper cups
a teaspoon
cold cream
blue, yellow, red and green food coloring
a stick
a mirror
 
 Here's how to put it together :  
  • Put two teaspoons of cold cream in each cup.
  • Add one drop of a different food coloring to each cup and mix with the stick.
  • Put the colors on your face, but stay away from your eyes.
  • A tissue and soap & water will clean you up in no time.
