Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups peanut butter
7 cups confectioners sugar
4 sticks butter

Place ingredients in Microwaveable dish. Cook until melted. Mix until well blended. Pour into 1-17" X 11" pan. Cool and cut.

Cream Mints

1 3 oz package cream cheese softened
2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
2 drops red food coloring
2 drops strawberry flavering oil or oil of cinnamon.

NOTE : for peppermint, substitute peppermint oil and green food coloring.

Cream cheese. Add 1 cup sugar, food coloring and flavoring. Continue adding sugar until mixture is stiff enough to knead. Knead until smooth and creamy. Roll out into small balls. Let stand 5 min and press flat.


Butter Creams

1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 lbs confectioners sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 lb butter
1 box unsweetened chocolate squares
1/3 bar paraffin

Blend cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and butter. Cool thoroughly. Roll into small balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler and dip balls into the still warm chocolate. Set on wax paper to cool.
